Our rates vary depending on the type of project, materials used, and estimated labor time. A clear price quote is provided in advance for each job.
For custom work, a deposit is required upon confirmation.

Custom Woodwork
Custom work is carried out in the workshop in Leefdaal, using materials from trusted suppliers.
Work is based on the architect’s plans or in consultation with an architect.
All labour and materials are discussed in advance and included in a clear quotation.
Any unforeseen circumstances will always be discussed before additional costs are incurred.
The quotation you receive can be adjusted.

Travel fees
For on-site projects, a travel fee of €0.50 per kilometer (round trip) applies, calculated from the workshop in Leefdaal.
No travel costs are charged within a 15 km radius.
Small Jobs & Fixes on Site
Don’t feel like tackling it yourself? Hire Hans!
For €40/hour, Hans takes care of small repairs, fixes or installations on the spot — using whatever is available in your home.
His own tools (drill, saw, and all the handy stuff he brings along) are included in the price.
Screws, wood, plugs or other materials are charged separately.
