1. About Us
This website is operated by Schrijnwerkhans, an independent craftsman based in Belgium. We offer made-to-measure woodwork and related services, either in our own workshop or on-site at the client’s location.

2. Services
Our services include custom furniture design, woodworking, installation, repairs, and related consultancy. All services are provided by appointment and subject to agreement on scope, timing, and pricing.

3. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be confirmed in writing. If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a fee.

4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are communicated before work begins and may vary depending on the project. All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Custom Work & Materials
Because all work is custom-made, no returns or refunds are possible once production has started, except in case of defects. Materials used are carefully selected, and any natural variations in wood are part of its character.

6. Liability
We strive for high quality and professional service. However, we are not liable for indirect damages, delays caused by third parties, or misuse of the delivered work after installation.

7. Intellectual Property
All designs, texts, and visuals on this site are the property of Schrijnwerkhans and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without written permission.

8. Access & Use of the Website
By using this website, you agree not to misuse the content or contact details. The website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or updates.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in the region of Leuven.
